Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Satoshicloudmining and any subscription plan you purchase.

1. The service

Satoshicloudmining provides subscription access to Bitcoin mining capacity. A subscription plan allocates a stated amount of return to your account for the subscription period. It does not transfer ownership of mining hardware, and it is not a security, deposit or investment product.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement in your jurisdiction and must not be subject to applicable sanctions. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. One person may hold one account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

3. Subscription plans and billing

Subscription plans state a monthly price, an allocated return figure and a mining service fee. Prices and plan parameters may change for future periods; changes do not retroactively alter distributions already posted. Subscription history is retained for the life of your account.

4. Mining distributions

Distributions are calculated from verified mining output for a period, apportioned across active subscriptions in proportion to allocated return, less the applicable mining service fee. Distributions are posted to your account ledger as mining credit entries. We make no representation as to the amount of any future distribution.

5. Account balance and ledger

Your balance is computed from posted ledger entries. Posted entries are not deleted; where a correction is required we post a compensating entry that references the original. Administrative adjustments are recorded with a reason and an attributed operator.

6. Deposits

Deposits recorded against your account are reviewed before they are credited. Where an external wallet provider is not connected, deposit detection and confirmation tracking are unavailable and your record will show as awaiting provider until reviewed.

7. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance to a Bitcoin address you control. Requests are validated against your available balance, may be routed to compliance review, and require approval before settlement. A withdrawal is only marked completed when a provider transaction reference exists. You are responsible for the accuracy of the destination address; transactions sent to an address you provide cannot be reversed.

8. Verification, holds and suspension

We may request identity verification and may apply a withdrawal restriction or suspend an account where required by law, where verification is incomplete, or where we identify a material risk of fraud, sanctions breach or abuse. We will record the reason internally.

9. Referrals

Where a referral programme is active, any reward is posted to your ledger as a referral reward entry. We may vary or withdraw the programme, and may reverse rewards obtained through abuse or self-referral.

10. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access another customer's data, interfere with the platform's operation, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may terminate access for breach of these terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from network difficulty changes, Bitcoin price movements, third-party provider failure, or your own loss of credentials or wallet access.

12. Changes and governing terms

We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies to your continued use of the service. Where a specific plan document conflicts with these terms, the plan document prevails for that subscription.

These terms should be read together with our risk disclosure and privacy policy.
